Whatever your experience, the benefits of attending the songwriting retreats are that you will:
- immerse yourself in your writing without the distractions of everyday life
- have a great time in beautiful surroundings with like-minded people
- increase the quantity and the quality of songs you write at the retreat and afterwards
- increase your confidence as a songwriter
- increase your songwriter connections and co-writing network
- write at least one or two songs each day
- receive recordings of songs written
- get encouragement and valuable feedback on your current repertoire
- learn and/or practise the essential songwriting ‘tools‘ and ‘rules‘ (and work out when you can break them)
- have a magical songwriting experience for less than the cost of holiday B&B/food alone
The songwriting retreats consist of songcraft presentations, co-writing and solo-writing briefs, songshares, country walks, country village pubs, open mics, all that you might want from a songwriting holiday break.
The cost of the Spring Retreat is £499 for a full week plus an extra night for free if you want to stay until 10am Monday 6th April. However, there is currently an early-bird time-limited 10% discounted price of £449.
